Clear Chaos is a small partnership of technically and commercially motivated individuals. We are active people with a clear focus – to make the company work for ourselves and our customers, to help the company to grow naturally and to enjoy doing so.

Clear Chaos believes its hosting packages are amongst the best value available in terms of both performance and price. We recognise that customers, particularly non-commercial customers, may find cheaper hosting packages with ‘supermarket’ hosts. However, we pride ourselves in the flexibility of our packages and the support we provide to our hosting customers. ‘Level of support’ is the number one reason given for clients leaving their current host; no one has left Clear Chaos stating this reason. Second on the list is ‘server downtime’ – ditto!

Clear Chaos is not a hermetically sealed unit, we will endeavour to partner where necessary choosing best-of-breed solutions for a precise requirement, only supplying bespoke development where an effective solution does not fulfil the client requirement. Often this decision comes down to cost but also is driven by the sound business sense not to reinvent the wheel where unnecessary. As a technically competent team it is often tempting to jump straight into development of a solution, however, this approach can often lead to escalating costs and timescales. We are mindful of this and other risks and feed this into our approach to a solution.

With a portfolio consisting of a number of commercially attractive websites we are proud to be able to offer effective community based advertising without resorting to what we believe to be the intrusive techniques employed by many websites. There are no pop-up windows, no dialog boxes and no advert redirects on any of our websites, these types of campaigns we deem to be both annoying to the web user base and ineffective methods of attracting positive attention. Our users understand where and how adverts will appear, we keep this consistent throughout our site portfolio, adverts are always placed in an unobtrusive location but remain highly visible.
