The following statement explains our policy regarding the information we collect about you and your business.


In order to work with us you will be asked to submit business contact information that may also be classified as personal data. This may include, but is not limited to:

  • contact name
  • email address
  • postal address
  • contact telephone number
  • ip address


In summary any information we collect is used only for the following purposes:

  • to register and manage domain names
  • to configure and manage email accounts
  • to contact you regarding ongoing services we provide as part of a contractual agreement

We will never pass your data to a third party except where legally obliged to do so.

Domain names

Should you ask us to register or manage domain names on your behalf, we may send your name, email address and postal address to the relevant domain authority and/or registrar in order to complete the registration.

Email accounts

Should you ask us to create or otherwise manage email accounts on your behalf, we may use your name as part of the set up process.

General contact

During our business relationship we will contact you by email, telephone and possibly post purely in relation to ongoing projects or as part of a contractual agreement.


We will respect and protect your data as required by the General Data Protection Regulation.

We will retain your data so long as we have an active business relationship in order to fulfil our contractual obligations to you.

Where we no longer have an active business relationship we will retain your data on our systems for no longer than two years, however you have the right of erasure and can ask for data to be permanently removed at any time.

You have the right to view a copy of the data we hold on you at any time.

You have the right to request restricted processing.

If the data we hold is in any way incorrect, you have the right to ask for it to be corrected.

You have the right to data portability, if you require a digital copy of the data we hold we will be able to provide data in a machine readable format.

You have the right object, if you feel we are using your data in a way that you have not previously agreed then you may object.
